If you need an SSL certificate immediately, and are setting up a basic web presence, then SSL123 Cetificate is the perfect choice. This is because the checking and approval process will be very fast. CA will check on the domain name details and its existence, if the requirements have been met then the Certificate will be issued as soon as in a few hours.
For SSL Web Server Certificate, the approval process will be strictly done. This certificate is ideal for people who are serious about security and client perception. It is suitable for all the business website where your customers could feel more confident over all the transactions which have been done through web browser and transfer to web server. This Certificate will increase the reliability of your website as well as your business.
If there is a requirement of securing multiple sub-domains on a website, then a "Wild-carded" certificate is the ideal choice.
SSL Certificate FAQ What do I need to install an SSL certificate?
To set up the SSL Certificate on your website, a unique IP address is required. If you don't have one yet, you will need to buy it for your website (please see the price above). But if you already have one, you are able to set up the SSL Certificate without paying for it again. In case that you do not have a Web Hosting service with Nine Web, but have your own server, if you would like to purchase the SSL Certificate, you will need to send us the CSR (Certificate Signing Request) which generated by your web server. This information will be forwarded to CA for checking and approving the request to issue an SSL certificate for your website.
